Starting March 1, 2025, David Wayne Hooks Airport will introduce a new landing fee program managed by Vector Airport Systems through their PLANEPASS® Fee Billing and Collection Service. This program aims to streamline billing and enhance operational efficiency for our valued pilots and operators.
General Aviation: $3.00 per 1,000 pounds of maximum certificated landing weight (MLW), rounded to the nearest thousand pounds for aircraft 8,001 lbs. and above.

Key Details
- New Landing Fees: This fee structure is new to the airport and applies to landing operations.
- Exemptions: Based Tenants, Government Customers and Touch and Go operations are exempt from landing fees.
- Separate Charges: Fees charged by FBO(s) are separate from those billed by Vector.
- Billing Process: Vector sends a monthly invoice to the responsible party for each aircraft after the conclusion of each month.
PLANEPASS® Self-Service Portal
Vector’s PLANEPASS® portal provides an easy way to manage your account and payments. Features include:
- Update your contact information.
- View current invoices and download them to Excel.
- Access your account history.
- Enroll in electronic invoicing.
- Process credit card payments securely.
To log in, use the Operator ID and Invoice Number shown on your Vector invoice. If you have not yet received an invoice, contact Vector to set up an account.
Payment Options
- Credit Cards Accepted: AVCARD, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover (3% processing fee applies).
- Checks: Mail to the remittance address shown on your invoice. Include the Invoice Number or Operator ID to ensure accurate processing.
- ACH/Wire Payments: Email billing@vector-us.com to request banking details and provide remittance information.
