As Facilities Manager, Roger is responsible for building, runway and grounds maintenance and assumes overall responsibility for maintenance activities and the general operations at Gill Aviation. Roger has led many initiatives at the airport and most recently is a part of the Safety Team. Roger is proud to have worked at Hooks Airport for over 30 years!
As the Gill Aviation Human Resources and Office Manager, Brittney is responsible for the coordination of office personnel, operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Brittney also leads the Leasing department at Gill Aviation, where she oversees all aspects of the leasing process and tenant management. Brittney holds a Masters Degree from Louisiana State University Shreveport.
As Marketing Manager, Emily is responsible for planning, development and implementation of all the Organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. She is also a part of the Gill Aviation Safety Team. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Houston.
As Airport Operations Supervisor, Alex is responsible for the supervision of the line service technicians, training, quality control, and ramp pavement management program. Alex's previous roles include 5 years of military service in the United States Marines as a Power Plant Mechanic. Alex has over 10 years in the Aviation industry. He holds an Associates in Business Administration.
As customer service manager, Autumn oversees the customer service department and ensures Gill Aviation delivers the highest level of customer service possible. In the accounting department, she also maintains financial records and verifies that financial transactions are properly recorded. She analyzes and maintains all accounts receivable and accounts payable records. Autumn has over 7 years’ experience in the Aviation industry.
As the airport general manager, Amy is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the organization. Amys role also includes setting strategic goals, managing resources, making key decisions, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the entire airport. Amy has been with Gill Aviation for over 10 years and holds a Bachelor of Science from Sam Houston State University.
As the administrative assistant, Cynthia provides support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. She approaches all aspects of any job with a positive, hard-working mindset, and is passionate about helping find solutions to any challenges. She brings with her an extensive background in customer service. Cynthia started as a customer service representative at Gill Aviation in October 2022.
As Senior Accountant, Melissa is responsible for assisting in the supervision of the monthly accounting process, preparing the financial reports and providing analyzed reports for the CFO and CEO. Melissa has over 14 years’ experience in accounting and graduated from LeTourneau University.
As line service manager, Kyle is responsible for the line service technicians, training, quality control, and fueling of aircraft. Kyle has a year of experience in the aviation industry and currently pursuing his private pilot certificate, aiming to advance as far as he can in the field. Kyle is also working towards his bachelor’s degree in aviation at Liberty University. Prior to this, Kyle spent 17 years in the Marine Corps, serving as an Infantry Unit Leader, Drill Instructor, and Chief Academic Instructor.
